The instructors are absolutely first class... always pushing you to achieve your best and improve. I've never been fitter and I genuinely owe it all to this club. If you want no nonsense practical defence, to get fitter, to meet some brilliant like minded people who couldn't make you feel more welcome then this is the place to be. You won't regret it.
